Do points roughly equal calories? I know I could try to figure it out, but it's easier to ask. Like, is a point roughly equal to 80 to 100 calories or so? Or is it just more complicated than that?

Question: What is the "lemonade diet"?

I thought you knew what the Lemonade Diet was, Kristen. It is technically a "cleansing" diet. It thoroughly cleans out the colon and digestive system and gives them a rest. It also is reported to cleanse toxins from all areas of the body. When the liver cannot process all the toxins placed on the body, it stores them in the fat cells. When the digestive system is given a rest with this diet, the liver can get busy releasing those toxins. Weight loss is said to be only a "byproduct" of the diet. I used it halfway through my Trimspa weight loss program when I was terribly "stuck" and had success. Of course, once one goes off the Lemonade Diet, one will pack everything right back on if one does not eat properly. Therefore, I WILL go back to the points program after I do this for a while. Beyonce actually used it to lose weight quickly for the movie Dreamgirls when she needed to lose 20 lbs to make herself look like a younger version of herself in the movie.
