Gripes - Week Fifteen

Go right ahead and gripe! We all have the option to read them or not depending on how we feel. If gripes don't fill you with negative energy, sometimes it's nice to know how much the people around you are suffering, too. Yeah, it sounds bad, but you know it's true...... ;)

So, the trimester is basically over and I'm getting ready for an easy school term and a rough diet and exercise term. I went to the gym yesterday, which I've been able to do about once a week for the last few weeks. But just because I can keep up with a strong cardio routine, I didn't expect the pain I would experience after some resistance training. I HURT LIKE HELL!!! And I wasn't even lifting half of what I would've been 2 1/2 months ago! I can barely walk today... ugh. But this is good. It puts things in perspective. I know that after a week or so of doing this, it won't hurt so bad and I will definitely be making progress. Of course, that doesn't ease my current pain.........
