Weighing In - Week Twelve
For “Weighing In”, you should post the following things: (1) your weight loss, maintenance or GAIN (yes, own up to it if it's true) for the past week (2) your personal goal for the rest of the week (try to restrict it to one) and (3) your anticipated non-food reward for achieving that goal. Since it seems we are all choosing to weigh-in on Tuesdays, I will try to create a post for every new week the day before we weigh-in (Mondayish). This would be a good post to add encouraging words for other individuals as well.

1/4 pound down. That is, of course, a good thing, but I'm a little disappointed because I definitely put some good effort into the week. HOWEVER, I did not journal, and I know that I personally do my best when I actually journal. That is my goal for this next week--to journal accurately. If I succeed, I will buy a treat from my Avon catalogue. :)
Well, I missed weigh in last week (I had a nutso week), but luckily for me, I stayed the same at 188.
I'm starting to feel guilty because I haven't been doing my best, though I'm still doing pretty well. So, this week I bought a ton of pre-washed veggies that will be super convinient to just grab and munch. So, hopefully I'll be a lot better this week. Unfortunately I don't see a lot of exercise fitting into my schedule this week. So, I'll try to be super good about eating. and my reward will be not feeling guilty anymore!
Great job ladies! Maintaining and losing 1/4 pound is great! Keep it up!
As for me, I'm the same this week. I had a big week last week so I can't really complain. I was also so busy this week that it was hard to remember to eat so I was always getting my meals late. Oh well, at least I didn't gain :) Goal this week: make time to eat at normal times. My reward is another spice. I was looking forward to my Jerk spice this week, but I didn't get it :( Oh well...next week.
Oh, by the way, I did buy myself a cajun spice as a reward for last week. Delicious! Although we added some Bubba Gump hot sauce along with it to last night's stir fry and it burned my frickin' mouth off. Yup. That's right. I have no mouth now. That oughta help with weight loss......
