Weighing In - Week Six

First, I apologize for being late the last couple weeks. In my defense, school has just started and I'm a bit scatterbrained. I see that Mom was able to post something herself, so perhaps if I miss again in the future someone can just post for me. Thanks!

For “Weighing In”, you should post the following things: (1) your weight loss, maintenance or GAIN (yes, own up to it if it's true) for the past week (2) your personal goal for the rest of the week (try to restrict it to one) and (3) your anticipated non-food reward for achieving that goal. Since it seems we are all choosing to weigh-in on Tuesdays, I will create a post for every new week the day before we weigh-in (Monday). This would be a good post to add encouraging words for other individuals as well.

I'm now weighing in on Mondays because I have a class from 5:30 to 10 on Tuesdays. When I weighed in yesterday, I found that I had maintained my weight from the previous week. I'm happy with a maintanance. Sure, it would be nicer to lose, but maintaining is the next best thing. I made it to the gym once (yesterday), so I earned my next pair of socks. My goal for this week is to journal accurately... I let that slip the last couple weeks and you can see what happened! If I achieve my goal, Brad has agreed to wash out the trash can next week... but if I don't meet my goal, stink-city here I come! ;)

Woah, that trash can is the WORST!! Well, here's the sad news: I gained 4 more lbs. I have been making no effort whatsoever. I even sent Trimspa an e-mail and blamed them for my weight gain. At this moment I am hopeless. Hopefully I can gain some self-control in the near future. Good luck to everyone else!!

Ok...not too excited with myself. I gained 2 pounds. I have been doing a lot of thinking and I believe that my goals are all over the place. Instead of worrying about how many 100 cal packs I eat or how much exercise I get I need to worry about the bigger picture and get my act together. Scratch everything I said in the past. I am starting from scratch and going to become the weight watcher nazi. The last time that happened I lost 60 pounds...it's time to be that girl again :)

I'm at 194 this week. So, I'm still under the 195 for my first 12 weeks, but not making much progress. I'm kinda in a funk. I need to regroup and rededicate myself. Ugh.

I also need to start exercising again, I haven't been able to find the time lately. Geez, I guess this isn't very uplifting. Hopefully I'll have better news next week.
