Weighing In - Week Seven
For “Weighing In”, you should post the following things: (1) your weight loss, maintenance or GAIN (yes, own up to it if it's true) for the past week (2) your personal goal for the rest of the week (try to restrict it to one) and (3) your anticipated non-food reward for achieving that goal. Since it seems we are all choosing to weigh-in on Tuesdays, I will create a post for every new week the day before we weigh-in (Monday). This would be a good post to add encouraging words for other individuals as well.

Whoohoo...I'm the first to comment! So it's been crazy busy for me so I will plan to post more later this week. But for now I am happy to report that I am down a pound. my goal for the week is to continue being a food Nazi. That means weighing and counting everything with NO guesstimating. My reward will be a side trip to see Alcatraz on my California vacation next week. Oh...so that means I will miss my post next week :(
Hey, I guess being a food Nazi works like a charm! Congrats, Sara, nice work! A birthday gift to yourself, perhaps?
As for me, I am down 3/4 pound, HOORAY! I tried the fruit trick I put on the "Tips and Tricks" posting and I think it worked out well. New socks, come to mama! For this week, my plan is to honestly journal what I eat, even if it's atrocious, as I know that Brad plans to bake an apple pie later this week and I will be tempted to lie to myself. If I can do it, more socks! (I have two pairs left that I've been witholding, so in two weeks I need to come up with a new kind of prize, haha).
I'm down to 193, so it's a loss, but not a very good one. But, honestly, I haven't exercised or eaten as well as I should have, so I'm happy to have not gained.
Sigh, I really need to get to work!
Dad and I weighed ourselves, at least, even though we haven't been eating properly.
