Weighing In - Week Five
For “Weighing In”, you should post the following things: (1) your weight loss, maintenance or GAIN (yes, own up to it if it's true) for the past week (2) your personal goal for the rest of the week (try to restrict it to one) and (3) your anticipated non-food reward for achieving that goal. Since it seems we are all choosing to weigh-in on Tuesdays, I will create a post for every new week the day before we weigh-in (Monday). This would be a good post to add encouraging words for other individuals as well.

Sadly, I have have gained 2 lbs. Boo. But, I'm not going to get down on myself about it. I'm going to come back with a vengance. I couldn't work out this past week because my mouth hurt so bad. But this week I can, so I'm gonna bust a move with some Hip Hop abs!
I, too, gained weight this past week... 3/4 pound. I only made it to the gym 2 of 3 times, so I didn't even make my goal. But that's OKAY! I'll borrow some words: "I'm going to come back with a vengeance." My goal this week is to make it to the gym, period. With the start of the school year, this will definitely be a challenge, but I know I can make it work. I want to create a reliable work-out schedule for the school year (but that will have to be next week's goal... I'll be lucky just to make it this week, haha). My reward will be the socks I didn't earn this past week.

Finally weighed in today (thursday). I gained three pounds. However, I have not been watching what I eat whatsoever, nor exercising. I stayed up until 3 in the morning working on something the other day and it's made me feel yucky for three days.
sorry guys...I thought I weighed in, but guess I never did. I'm at 0 this week. I'm ok with it though. I was very active last week and didn't eat as many bonus points as I should have. I was just too busy to eat!! My goal for the week is to better plan my meals so I will have time to eat at a reasonable hour. This way I will also be more likely to pack in some bonus points for "feul" and lose some :)
