Why do people make dinner the biggest meal of the day? Why do I feel like I have to eat/make a meal at dinner with several choices or courses? Is that what everyone does or feels pressure to do? Was it always that way?
Historically, lunch (then called dinner) was the largest meal of the day with "supper" being dinner's leftovers. I have no idea how the change occured.
And I'm assuming yes, it does do a body good. Research shows that people who have 3 servings a day lose more weight. Plus, WW wouldn't make it one of the daily necessities if it wasn't. Right?
I don't know. I think I have a problem with milk. I try to eat spinach on a regular basis. I think it has calcium. I'm not sure. As for dinners....I control my weight best when I am cooking and eating by myself. When I have to cook for others, I end up eating what I shouldn't and lots more of it too. Blah.
