Weighing In - Week Four

For “Weighing In”, you should post the following things: (1) your weight loss, maintenance or GAIN (yes, own up to it if it's true) for the past week (2) your personal goal for the rest of the week (try to restrict it to one) and (3) your anticipated non-food reward for achieving that goal. Since it seems we are all choosing to weigh-in on Tuesdays, I will create a post for every new week the day before we weigh-in (Monday). This would be a good post to add encouraging words for other individuals as well.

Hooray! I did it! Yesterday I weighed in at 195, down 1 lb from last week, and down 22 lbs since I started weight watchers back on June 11. Woo-hoo!

I'm beginning a new 12-week journal, so my new goal loss is down 20 lbs by November 20th (10% of total body weight)

I will also start weighing in on Tuesdays to match up with everyone else.

I also had a good week... I lost 2 1/2 pounds! I'm totally stoked! So Brad and I will be going to putt-putt tomorrow. I don't really think I am going to lose three pounds this week to reach nine by the new school year, but I shot for the moon and I'll land amongst the stars... that's really what I was shooting for. :) So for this week, my goal is to go to the gym at least three times this week, which is a challenge because I have to go to work the next couple days and then home for Labor Day, so I will have to make myself fit the gym in. If I succeed, I will earn another pair of my favorite socks.

If I actually make my nine pound goal by Tuesday, I will send each of you a real letter with a special surprise inside! (Like a hobbit, it's my party but I'll send you the gifts, haha.)

Uh...I lost the lb I gained last week. I have not been concentrating on weight loss. Bad me.

WhooHoo!! I lost 3.9 pounds!! And I made my goal of not eating 100 cal packs as often (those things are dangerously tasty). My goal this week is to start working out. Yup palates here I come!! If I do this I will reward myself with another cool piece of jewelry from Avon. Yes, I know, I'm hooked :)

Wow, you girls are all doing great!
